Lead execution across a complex global third-party manufacturing network within a highly regulated medical device environment.
Your role:
Strengthen infrastructure elevate operational rigor and build scalable processes across a global spend portfolio supporting external manufacturing partners
Manage multiple CMOs simultaneouslyoperating at both the site and strategic levels
Own the operational performance of a global network of third-party manufacturers ensuring execution excellence across supply continuity quality cost and delivery
Build a strong interdependent relationship across the CMO partners and engages with site and business leadership with high degrees of collaboration
Driving End to End supply chain execution and performance accountability
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 5 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in engineering or 3 years of experience with a Masters degree. 10 years of progressive leadership experience in process development or manufacturing engineering preferred
Your skills include demonstrated experience with electromechanical medical devices strong knowledge of medical device regulations quality systems and manufacturing validation requirements ability to manage cross-functional teams ability to influence at senior leadership levels scalable processes from development to high-volume manufacturing
You have Bachelors / Masters Degree in mechanical biomedical electrical or manufacturing engineering. Masters degree preferred. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office role.

The pay range for this position in MN is $134000 to $212000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth MN.
