- Install and replace fascia soffit trim and exterior wood components
- Perform exterior finish carpentry and repairs
- Install gutters and gutter protection systems
- Identify and repair exterior water damage caused by failing fascia or soffit
- Ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and with exceptional quality
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety standards and best practices
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior construction finish carpentry roofing siding or gutter installation
- Experience installing and repairing fascia and soffit is required
- Ability to read a tape measure and use standard construction tools
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our shop
