Position: EPM Recruiter Expert Interviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Run structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth communication and AI-evaluation fit.
• Confirm each experts availability work authorization and exclusivity identifying any red flags.
• Tier candidates as advance hold or pass and write concise summaries for the program team.
• Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours focusing on EST-based experts.
• Conduct interviews independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Prior recruiting interviewing or expert-vetting experience.
• Strong communication and structured judgment skills.
• EST-overlapping availability during weekday business hours.
• Reliable commitment to about 10 hours per week fully Remote.
