Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled and dependable Welders to join our team. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and safety.

Shift- Mon-Thurs. 5am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Set up welding equipment independently
Tack weld and apply heat evenly while producing clean quality weld beads
Weld aluminum and carbon steel proficiently
Perform welding in all positions: uphill horizontal vertical and flat
Identify and repair defective welds
Maintain high quality standards with strong attention to detail
Use math skills to read accurately and measure with a tape measure
Successfully complete a pre-employment mock weld test

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of welding experience required

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in marine or manufacturing environments preferred

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
