Job Summary
Highland Park Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join one of Dallass most established and prestigious veterinary practices. With over 57 years of service in the Dallas community we now operate in a state-of-the-art three-story luxury hospital offering advanced medical care and exceptional client service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-quality patient care for dogs and cats
- Assist veterinarians with exams diagnostics and treatments
- Perform IV catheter placement and blood collectio
- Monitor and assist with anesthesia and surgical procedures
- Administer medications (IV IM SQ oral)
- Educate clients on vaccines preventative care and treatment plans
- Support advanced services including radiology ultrasonography and lab diagnostics
- Maintain accurate medical records

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT preferred)
- Proficiency in IV catheter placement venipuncture and anesthesia monitoring
- Strong knowledge of vaccines and preventative care protocols
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
