Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment Brookhaven Animal Hospital located in the Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta GA is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team.

Key Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our clients youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming organized and efficient front desk experience:
- Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer multi-line phones schedule appointments and handle client communications
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures process invoices and take payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information in practice software
- Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth patient flow
- Provide client education on hospital services wellness plans and general pet care
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support rotating weekend shifts (we are closed on all major/federal holidays and offer holiday pay)
What Were Looking For Experience & Qualifications
Were seeking a candidate who is passionate about animals thrives in a people-facing role and has experience in a veterinary or healthcare front desk setting.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a veterinary front desk/customer service role
- Experience in a veterinary practice or medical office is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with veterinary practice software (Cornerstone Avimark etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must have schedule flexibility including weekends on rotation
