We are seeking an Experienced Tooling Machinist to support advanced tooling and mold-building operations. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who enjoys precision work problem-solving and contributing expertise in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do

  • Independently operate a surface grinder to sharpen steel punches and dies
  • Perform machining drilling CNC operations and programming with minimal supervision
  • Build modify and complete molds using drills mills saws lathes and CNC equipment
  • Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering tooling and production teams to support manufacturing needs
  • Maintain machines tools and work areas following 5S and safety standards
  • Model good manufacturing practices and mentor less experienced team members

What You Bring

  • Strong background in machining tool & die mold making or die making
  • Technical diploma associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience operating surface grinders and CNC equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling drawings
  • Strong attention to detail quality and safety
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
