We are seeking an Experienced Tooling Machinist to support advanced tooling and mold-building operations. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who enjoys precision work problem-solving and contributing expertise in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do
- Independently operate a surface grinder to sharpen steel punches and dies
- Perform machining drilling CNC operations and programming with minimal supervision
- Build modify and complete molds using drills mills saws lathes and CNC equipment
- Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with engineering tooling and production teams to support manufacturing needs
- Maintain machines tools and work areas following 5S and safety standards
- Model good manufacturing practices and mentor less experienced team members
What You Bring
- Strong background in machining tool & die mold making or die making
- Technical diploma associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience operating surface grinders and CNC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling drawings
- Strong attention to detail quality and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
