We are seeking an experienced Tire & Wheel Technician with the ability to perform 4-wheel alignments to join our high-volume dealership service department. Our dealership has one of the largest tire businesses in the area providing year-round work and consistent hours for motivated technicians.

- Mount balance and install passenger and light truck tires
- Perform tire repairs and inspections
- Diagnose and service TPMS systems
- Perform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments using computerized alignment equipment
- Inspect suspension and steering components related to alignment concerns
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Assist with shop organization and inventory as needed
- Previous experience as a Tire & Wheel Technician is required
- Experience performing vehicle alignments is required
- Experience operating tire mounting balancing and computerized alignment equipment
- Knowledge of TPMS systems
- Ability to inspect steering and suspension components
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
