Responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly/professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of the vehicle and perform any additional follow up
• Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan
• Advise the customer on recommended auto repairs and offer a pricing quote Communicate effectively with technicians and parts employees
• Provide updates to customers on the progress
• Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information
• Maintain customer records
• Schedule appointments over the phone

Skills/Experience:

• Attention to detail Organization
• Effective communication - verbal and written
• Team player
• High school diploma/ GED
• Basic math skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Background checks and drug screens required
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• High School Diploma / GED
• Valid drivers license
• Maintain neat/clean/orderly work station
• Ability to learn new techniques/procedures
• Background checks and drug screen required
