Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the Quick Service Drive Lane while ensuring prompt professional and courteous service
- Take ownership of the customer experience from check-in to delivery
- Provide excellent communication and concierge-level support for customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Effectively manage and sell technicians time to maximize lane efficiency
- Work closely with technicians and fellow advisors in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate repair orders and communication throughout the service process
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organized professional and team-oriented
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
