Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the Main Service Drive Lane while ensuring prompt professional and courteous service
- Manage daily service appointments and maintain an organized service schedule
- Take ownership of the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Provide excellent communication and concierge-level support for customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Effectively manage and sell technicians time to maximize shop efficiency
- Maintain accurate repair orders updates and communication throughout the service process
- Work closely with technicians dispatch and fellow advisors in a fast-paced environment
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume appointment schedule
- Organized professional and team-oriented
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
