• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Ensure highquality workmanship and codecompliant installations
• Work closely with installers and apprentices to maintain efficiency and safety
• Represent the company professionally in customers homes
• Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement

• 2 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
• Commitment to quality safety and customer satisfaction
• Reliable motivated and teamoriented mindset
• Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
