We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Center Director.

- Core Responsibilities
- Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise and lead preschool teachers aides and support staff; hire train and provide professional development; evaluate staff performance
- Program Development: Design and implement educational programs aligned with national state and local standards; set learning goals and maintain instructional excellence
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment and maintain facility cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Budget & Resources: Prepare budgets allocate funds manage supplies and control costs
- Parent & Community Engagement: Communicate with parents/guardians about childrens progress address concerns and coordinate with community organizations
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to licensing child protection and educational standards; act as mandated reporter when required
- Event & Activity Planning: Organize educational events field trips and special activities to support learning
- Qualifications
- Education: bachelors degree in early childhood education child development or related field; and state director certification
- Experience: 35 years in early childhood education leadership or teaching; prior administrative or supervisory experience preferred
- Skills: Leadership curriculum planning budget management regulatory knowledge communication and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of Article 47
