On the job:

- Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
- Responsible for setup cleanup and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies products and equipment
- Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
- Ensure attractive consistent presentations of food items
- Accommodate customer requests promptly
- Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Know food safety processes and procedures.
- Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have the ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables butchering meat or preparing sauces)
