RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock in new and used vehicle inventory
Bill wholesale transactions
Maintain and reconcile inventory schedules
Prepare titles and required documentation to auctions
Review vehicle inventory for accuracy and completeness
Work closely with accounting sales and management teams
Assist with month-end inventory reconciliations
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Automotive Inventory Clerk experience required
High-volume dealership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient computer and data-entry skills
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
