• Perform commercial HVAC/R service maintenance troubleshooting and repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Install repair maintain and upgrade HVAC systems and related equipment
• Service commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 150 tons
• Work on commercial refrigeration systems gas and oil-fired boilers electrical systems and digital controls
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Follow service standards safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Accurately complete work orders and service documentation using mobile and web-based applications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical school or training program
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical electrical and control systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving critical thinking and time-management skills
• Ability to safely operate a service vehicle and maneuver in tight spaces
• Willingness to learn and work on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certification
• OSHA Certification

• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Keep work areas clean and professional
• Provide personal hand tools gauges and meters
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
• Be available for overtime on-call rotations weekends and holiday coverage as needed
• Follow all company policies safety standards and core values

• Ability to work in all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
• Ability to walk bend squat kneel crawl and climb ladders
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
