Join University Home Care Inc as an Experienced Home Physical Therapist (PT) providing high-quality personalized care to patients in the Southeast Region of MI. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PT to help improve the health and well-being of our clients through tailored therapeutic interventions and support.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients homes to improve mobility function and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and report on outcomes to healthcare team and insurance providers.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises equipment use and safety precautions.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in home health physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Southeast MI Region and surrounding areas.

• Competitive compensation: $70.00 - $85.00 per visit paid bi-weekly.
