What managing here actually looks like

• You own the office daily operations team performance patient experience scheduling financial KPIs. The P&L lives at your desk.
• You lead a real clinical and administrative team assistants hygienists coordinators front office and providers and you set the tone
• You have a direct line to the dentist-owner and executive team. Decisions dont disappear into a corporate office in another state.
• Youre part of a peer group of managers across five offices never isolated in a silo
• Real trajectory strong managers grow into regional multi-location or executive operations roles inside the group

What were looking for

• 35 years in a dental office including direct management or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead a team to operational patient-experience and financial goals
• Strong command of dental billing coding insurance A/R and the real financial mechanics of a practice
• Proficiency with practice-management software (Open Dental Eaglesoft or similar)
• Familiar with HIPAA OSHA and dental compliance
• Calm confident and professional the team takes its tone from you

Compensation & benefits

• $72000$85000 salary depending on experience plus a performance bonus
