Were seeking a compassionate experienced caregiver to support a retired teacher and devoted family man who enjoys walks music conversation and staying active. Bonus points for caregivers who enjoy fishing and getting outdoors!

This role is ideal for someone who understands dementia care and enjoys creating engaging purposeful days not just completing tasks.

Pay

• Competitive pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr

• Monday & Friday
• 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Additional daytime opportunities available!
• Expanded hours available/needed July 815

• Provide companionship and respite support
• Assist with showers and grooming
• Support shaving dressing oral care and appearance
• Take walks with the client and family dog
• Visit parks libraries and community locations
• Engage through music conversation and shared interests
• Use calm redirection when confusion occurs
• Help maintain dignity confidence and routine

• Has Alzheimers/dementia experience
• Enjoys meaningful conversation
• Is comfortable with personal care
• Is dependable and proactive
