What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Reliable dependable and committed to showing up on time for every scheduled shift
• Valid drivers license reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
• Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
• At least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
• Professional compassionate and client-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA GNA or CMT certification
• Experience documenting care notes using a mobile app or electronic documentation system

What Youll Do

• Assistclients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assistwith walking mobility transfers and fall prevention
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (CMTsmay administer medications as assigned)
• Observe and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition
• Accurately document care provided during each visit
• Transport clients to appointments and errands whenrequired
