The Role:

Join Assisting Hands Birmingham as we seek compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives while enjoying a rewarding career in home health care.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Monitor and document clients health and well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.
Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition needs.
Build trusting relationships with clients and provide emotional support.

Requirements:

Previous experience in home health care or a related field required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
Background check and references required.
