Are you an experienced caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and knows how important dignity patience and safety are when helping someone with their daily routine

At Home Instead were looking for compassionate dependable caregivers with personal care experience to help older adults remain safe independent and engaged in the lives they love.

Were hiring experienced caregivers who can provide consistent full-time availability between 8 AM and 5 PM.

We dont require a specific set of days but were looking for caregivers who can maintain a reliable and consistent weekly schedule within these daytime hours.

• Starting wage: $17 per hour

This role goes beyond companionship. Depending on the clients care plan youll provide:

• Hands-on personal care including bathing showering dressing grooming and toileting-related assistance
• Mobility support and help safely navigating the home
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Clear communication about changes or concerns

Throughout each visit youll help clients do as much as they safely can for themselves while stepping in confidently when support is needed.

• Have previous caregiving experience that includes hands-on personal care
• Can maintain consistent full-time availability between 8 AM and 5 PM
• Are comfortable with bathing dressing grooming toileting-related needs and mobility support
• Understand how to protect a clients dignity and independence while providing personal care
• Are dependable compassionate and comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and follow a care plan
• Have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
