Our dealership is expanding and were looking for an Experienced Service Technician to become an important part of our service department. If you have a solid background in automotive repair holdFord (or other)certifications and take pride in delivering quality workmanship wed love to hear from this role youll diagnose vehicle concerns complete repairs and ensure every job is performed to manufacturer standards.

- Complete repairs listed on repair orders accurately and efficiently while following dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Perform road tests and inspect vehicle systems using factory-approved diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems including engines transmissions steering suspension electrical components brakes and HVAC systems.
- Work closely with Service Advisors by communicating additional repair recommendations estimated completion times and any unexpected findings.
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with Ford factory procedures and specifications.
- 2 Years of Service Tech experience at a Dealership Required
- High school diploma or equivalent schooling Required.
- Ford certification a huge plus
- ASE or other OEM certifications a plus
- B-Level technical abilities including diagnostics electrical systems and engine repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use electronic diagnostic tools and modern repair equipment effectively.
- Good computer proficiency and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly learn updated repair procedures new technologies and manufacturer specifications.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
