Andrews Cadillac Mt. Juliet is growing and we are looking for experienced motivated Automotive Service Technicians who want a better long-term opportunity.

Our Mt. Juliet dealership is only about three years old giving our technicians the opportunity to work in a modern clean professional Cadillac facility designed for todays vehicles and todays technicians.

This isnt an old shop that has been pieced together over decades. It is a newer dealership with modern equipment current technology spacious technician bays an air-conditioned shop and an organization that continues to invest in the tools training processes and people needed to operate at a high level.

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes HVAC and related systems
• Use modern diagnostic tools special service equipment and manufacturer repair information
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain required manufacturer training standards
• Maintain a clean safe and professional work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer processes
• Protect customer vehicles and treat them with care

• 2 years of automotive service technician experience required
• GM experience required
• Strong diagnostic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
