Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with asphalt paving operations including operating paving equipment rolling asphalt grading and performing roadway construction tasks safely and efficiently.

• Assist with asphalt paving patching and roadway construction projects
  
• Operate asphalt rollers pavers and other construction equipment safely
  
• Perform raking shoveling lute work and hand-finishing of asphalt surfaces
  
• Ensure proper grade slope and compaction requirements are met
  
• Work alongside paving crews to complete projects on schedule
  
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
  

• Previous asphalt paving experience required
  
• Experience operating asphalt rollers pavers or related heavy equipment preferred
  
• Knowledge of asphalt placement compaction and paving procedures
  
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
  
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  
• Valid drivers license preferred
  
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
