Experience Coordinator

Do you enjoy travel organization and helping people bring their plans to life

Were looking for dependable detail-oriented individuals to assist customers throughout the travel planning process. Youll help organize important trip details coordinate itineraries communicate with customers and ensure each experience comes together smoothly.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently communicating with others and turning multiple details into one organized plan.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training resources and ongoing support are provided.

Connect with customers to understand their travel preferences priorities and goals
Coordinate itineraries accommodations schedules and confirmations
Keep important trip information organized and accurate
Provide customers with timely updates throughout the planning process
Help ensure customers feel prepared and supported before their trip
Maintain professional communication from initial planning through completion

Strong communication and people skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable learning online platforms and digital tools
Ability to work independently and stay accountable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Customer service hospitality administrative planning or travel experience is helpful but not required.
