Status: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

Location: Columbus OH

Reports to: Dental Operations Manager (DOM)

• $30-$36/hr guaranteed base pay daily bonuses
• Fill In Welcome Bonus (for 5 day work week)

• Assist Dentists Dental Therapists and Hygienists during procedures
• Sterilize and set up operatories between patients
• Take and process dental x-rays
• Document treatment plans and patient notes accurately
• Apply sealants fluoride and other preventive treatments
• Support with impressions temp crowns and lab prep
• Educate patients on postop care
• Keep our workspace safe clean and HIPAA-compliant
• Be an all-around awesome teammate!

• OH Dental Assistant License graduation from accredited DA program
• Complete approved EFDA procedures validated through the Ohio Dental Board including placement of amalgam composite restorations stainless steel crowns and space maintainers
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with dental terminology procedures and software
• Detail-oriented reliable and great under pressure
• Bilingual in Spanish Somali Oromo or Hmong Big plus!

Includes 1-hour lunch break at 1:00 PM
