Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA)

We are seeking anexperienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our established family dental practicefull-time.

Who you are:

• EDDA with 2 years of experience working in general dentistry
• Someone who is fast paced self motivated and wants to stay somewhere long-term
• Reliable outgoing and desire to learn and grow within a team

Schedule: Full-Time

• Mondays and Tuesdays 7:45am-5pm
• Wednesdays 7:45am-4pm
• Thursdays 8:45am-4pm
• Fridays 7:45am-2pm

Compensation: $25-$28/hr plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
• Assist the dentist chairside using 4 handed dentistry
• Prepare patients for treatment ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
• A thorough review and update of the patients health history
• Select and set up instruments equipment and supplies as needed for each operatory
• Sterilization of instruments according to regulations
• Assist with stocking and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Experience
• X-Ray Certification required
• Active CPR/BLS Certification required
• EDDA and Dental Assistant Certifications are preferred
