Responsibilities:

• Support protocol development and implementation by preparing supporting generation of study documents (consent templates CRFs visit guides) and tracking approvals and presentations under senior oversight.
• Act as daytoday contact for study sites for routine queries; escalate scientific or regulatory questions to senior staff.
• Validate study data in EDC; perform routine data quality checks and flag discrepancies for followup.
• Help prepare annual study reports meeting materials and investigator correspondence; take meeting minutes and manage action item followup.
• Assist with site startup activities regulatory binder maintenance and documentation needed for audits.
• Support literature searches and preparation of background summaries to inform study materials and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to drafting slides abstracts and sections of manuscripts under guidance from scientific leads.
• Collaborate with clinical operations data management biostatistics and regulatory teams to ensure smooth study conduct.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in engineering life science or related field. Equivalent clinical experience may be considered.
• 02 years clinical research or healthcare experience; internship or academic clinical project experience is acceptable.

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of cardiology and cardiovascular space including familiarity with medical devices.

• Familiarity with clinical research processes basic regulatory concepts (informed consent IRB) and EDC system.

• Proficient in biostatistics; familiarity with statistical software such as R MATLAB or SAS.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel occasionally for investigator meetings or site visits.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $92000 - $148350

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
