Responsibilities:
- Support protocol development and implementation by preparing supporting generation of study documents (consent templates CRFs visit guides) and tracking approvals and presentations under senior oversight.
- Act as daytoday contact for study sites for routine queries; escalate scientific or regulatory questions to senior staff.
- Validate study data in EDC; perform routine data quality checks and flag discrepancies for followup.
- Help prepare annual study reports meeting materials and investigator correspondence; take meeting minutes and manage action item followup.
- Assist with site startup activities regulatory binder maintenance and documentation needed for audits.
- Support literature searches and preparation of background summaries to inform study materials and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to drafting slides abstracts and sections of manuscripts under guidance from scientific leads.
- Collaborate with clinical operations data management biostatistics and regulatory teams to ensure smooth study conduct.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in engineering life science or related field. Equivalent clinical experience may be considered.
- 02 years clinical research or healthcare experience; internship or academic clinical project experience is acceptable.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of cardiology and cardiovascular space including familiarity with medical devices.
- Familiarity with clinical research processes basic regulatory concepts (informed consent IRB) and EDC system.
- Proficient in biostatistics; familiarity with statistical software such as R MATLAB or SAS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for investigator meetings or site visits.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $92000 - $148350
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year. Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
