The Opportunity

As Executive Vice President you will lead the Ai4 business with full responsibility for its strategy commercial performance customer experience and execution. With current founders rolling out of the business this is an opportunity to lead this brand as it continues to grow extremely quickly in this exciting sector.

This is far more than an event leadership role. You will shape the future of one of the fastest-growing technology brands in North America leading a high-performing team while accelerating growth strengthening the Ai4 brand and delivering world-class experiences that define the industry.

While brand building is central to the role exceptional event leadership remains fundamental. Every edition of Ai4 should set a new benchmark for production quality customer experience thought leadership and commercial success. Success will come from combining visionary leadership with flawless execution.

Working across Sales Marketing Operations Content Finance and Product you will lead a business that attracts the worlds leading AI companies the industrys most influential voices and the executives shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

What Youll Do

Build an Iconic Global Brand

• Define and execute the long-term vision for Ai4 establishing it as the worlds most influential AI brand and the premier gathering for the global artificial intelligence community.

• Drive sustained commercial growth across sponsorship exhibition registration strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities.

• Position Ai4 as the benchmark for AI events worldwide. Recognized for innovation influence customer experience and commercial excellence.

• Expand Ai4 beyond the convention center by creating a city-wide Las Vegas experience that becomes an annual destination for the global AI ecosystem.

• Partner with Sales Marketing Content and Product teams to strengthen brand awareness accelerate audience growth and deepen Ai4s international reputation.

• Help shape the long-term strategy for extending the Ai4 brand into carefully selected international markets as opportunities emerge.

Deliver Industry-Leading Experiences

• Lead the design and execution of world-class events that consistently exceed the expectations of attendees exhibitors sponsors speakers and partners.

• Continually elevate production value programming hospitality networking and every stage of the customer journey so that each edition of Ai4 raises the standard for the industry.

• Build scalable operating models that enable rapid growth without compromising the creativity energy and attention to detail that define the Ai4 experience.

• Champion innovation across every aspect of event delivery embracing emerging technologies and new ideas to create experiences that customers cannot find anywhere else.

• Build strategic supplier and partner relationships that elevate the Ai4 brand and enable best-in-class execution.

Build a High-Performance Business

• Use data customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities guide strategic decisions and accelerate growth.

• Establish meaningful KPIs that measure commercial performance customer satisfaction brand strength operational excellence and long-term business success.

• Lead the continued evolution of the business infrastructure systems and organizational capabilities needed to support a rapidly scaling global brand.

• Foster collaboration across every function ensuring teams are aligned behind clear priorities shared goals and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• A person with a strong interest in AI a plus if you have more direct experience applying AI.

• Significant senior leadership experience leading large-scale exhibitions conferences festivals media brands or other high-growth customer-focused businesses.

• A proven track record of scaling brands driving sustained commercial growth and leading high-performing organizations through periods of rapid expansion.

• Experience building and elevating category-leading brands that command industry recognition and customer loyalty.

• Demonstrated success delivering world-class live experiences where production quality operational excellence and customer experience are fundamental to success.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing growth strategies identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional financial performance.

• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute with pace and discipline.

• Outstanding leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence at every level.

• High emotional intelligence sound judgment and an authentic collaborative leadership style.
