Provides technical support for multimedia production and audio/visual equipment used in meetings presentations training events and teleconferences. Interprets customer requirements and ensures content accuracy completeness and proper classification.
- Set up operate and maintain audio and visual equipment including microphones video screens projectors monitors and recording systems for meetings presentations training and teleconferences.
- Test multimedia equipment to ensure safe and proper working condition prior to use.
- Interpret customer requirements and project complexity to determine appropriate resources needed for timely accurate support.
- Advise customers on proper approach product type and methodology; propose alternative approaches and mediums as appropriate.
- Test integrated content on various platforms and networks to ensure quality of viewing interactivity and audio/video.
- Review content with customers and appropriate personnel to ensure accuracy completeness and correct classification and controls for distribution.
Candidates must meet the following minimum education and relevant experience combinations by level:
- HS/GED 6 years experience
- Associates 4 years experience
- Bachelors 2 years experience
- Masters degree (experience may be substituted as appropriate)
- HS/GED 8 years experience
- Associates 6 years experience
- Bachelors 4 years experience
- Masters 2 years experience
- HS/GED 10 years experience
- Associates 8 years experience
