Job Summary
ARETUM a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant at ARETUM you will provide high-level support to our executives and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Must have keen attention to detail and ability to develop correspondence emails and letters for senior government leaders
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research preparing statistical reports and handling information requests
- Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence receiving visitors arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
- Provide administrative support to monitor track responses and draft content for taskers both through CATT and internally in the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Salary Range: $85000$110000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education experience qualifications skills and applicable contract requirements.
