About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Executive Recruitment Consultant. This is a remote flexible role ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who wants to apply their expertise on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle candidate sourcing and pipeline development for executive-level searches
- Conduct candidate screening assessment and interview coordination
- Partner with search team members to align candidate slates with client requirements
- Maintain accurate records in the firm's ATS/CRM systems
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates within your area of specialization
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive search / executive recruitment
- Strong sourcing screening and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote part-time capacity
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms preferred
