About the Hotel

A boutique full-service hotel with a signature restaurant and an active events business.

The Role

Lead the housekeeping department holding guest rooms and public spaces to brand and boutique standards and building a team that is treated fairly trained well and proud of its work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead schedule train and develop the housekeeping and laundry teams
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections
• Manage labor supplies linen and departmental budget
• Partner with Front Office and Engineering on room readiness and preventive maintenance
• Uphold brand standards safety and chemical-handling compliance

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience in a full-service or upscale hotel
• Major full-service brand experience preferred
• Fair respectful and consistent people leader
