What Youll Do

• Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations ensuring quality care regulatory compliance and best practices
• Drive occupancy growth and community performance through effective team leadership budget management and strategic planning
• Lead develop and engage staff fostering a positive accountable and high-performing team culture
• Manage budgets and utilize financial acumen to optimize operations and support sustainable growth and stability
• Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction independence and overall community success
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations and statutes pertaining to assisted living
• Serve as a key liaison with residents families staff and the broader community to maintain a positive image and strong relationships

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 3 years of senior living experience with a proven track record in community operations and leadership
• LNHA license in the state of UT
