Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field. 810 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in marketing communications annual giving or higher education development. Proven track record of developing and executing successful annual fund or direct response fundraising campaigns. Demonstrated mastery in multi-platform content creation strategic storytelling and executive-level written and verbal communication. Strong strategic planning budget management and project leadership skills with a proven ability to manage complex initiatives across matrixed teams. Proficiency with modern digital marketing tools content management systems CRM platforms and emerging AI technologies. Deep understanding of fundraising principles donor cultivation annual giving metrics and stewardship best practices.
