EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND FACILITIES Alumni Association (AA) and Resource Development (RD) will provide strategic and operational leadership for financial management administrative services and facilities across AA and RD; beaccountable for aligning financial strategy facilities infrastructure and financial resource planning with Institute and departmental priorities; advise executive leadership on financial implications of strategic decisions bringing a forward-looking data-informed perspective; serve as the senior advisor on financial administrative and facilities matters leading long-range planning ensuring effective stewardship of resources and driving continuous improvement in financial management and facilities operations; directs a team of administrative and support staff; and beaccountable for organization design talent management and development of the finance and facilities team.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelors degree; a minimum often years of financial and administrative leadership experience higher education or complex nonprofit environment preferred; demonstrated success leading financial strategy in complex organizations; proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives; strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities; be highly self-directed with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; experience hiring training evaluating professionally developing and performance managing team members; experience providing strategic direction to other senior leaders as well as direct reports; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels; and high degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.PREFERRED: Advanced degree; advanced Excel expertise (including pivot tables and complex workbooks); experience with SAP and BrioQuery or Cognos; familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation tools; and knowledge of fundraising operations and experience working with volunteers.

This is a hybrid position with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
