The ED will lead the school into its next chapter building on a strong academic foundation a stable financial position and a deeply rooted community. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening established systems and performance and guiding the school in alignment with the Boards strategic direction. This leader will demonstrate sound judgment and a forward-looking approach equally comfortable supporting student learning and managing a complex organization. They will lead a talented and mission-driven staff cultivate deep relationships with families and the Austin community and serve as a credible voice for public charter education in PrioritiesNYOSs Strategic Plan outlines the key priorities the ED will be responsible for advancing.
