Executive Director Marketing Strategy

Job Summary
The Executive Director-Marketing Strategy is responsible for leading a regional team focused on developing and implementing regional and local marketing strategies and engagement plans. This role oversees the marketing strategy team embedded within the region and ensures alignment between regional/local priorities and enterprise marketing objectives.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy the Executive Director serves as the primary liaison to leaders within the region for marketing strategy. This role collaborates closely with integrated marketing leadership and local teams to ensure seamless coordination prioritization of marketing initiatives and clear performance reporting.
The Executive Director will focus on driving patient acquisition and retention while strengthening the ministrys reputation and brand presence across the region. This includes oversight of strategic sponsorships community engagement initiatives and major ministry driven events in the region.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in marketing communications or related leadership roles.
Preferred Experience
- Seven (7) years of experience building leading supervising and mentoring teams.
- Experience in health care marketing or within a complex multi-site organization preferred.
