Salus Homecare is seeking an experienced results-driven Executive Director to lead our Ventura County operations. This role is responsible for overall branch performance including growth client experience caregiver operations team leadership compliance and financial results.

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive branch growth and profitability.
• Build strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for clients families and caregivers.
• Recruit develop and lead a high-performing local team.
• Oversee staffing service delivery quality and operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and Salus standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics and execute plans to achieve business goals.

• Proven leadership experience in home care healthcare senior care or a related service business.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational and financial performance.
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Ventura County healthcare and senior-care market is strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
