Executive Director

• Provide visionary leadership for the early childhood day treatment program setting strategic goals aligned with best practices in behavioral health and early childhood development.
• Manage staff recruitment training supervision and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated skilled team committed to exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations including HIPAA ICD coding standards (ICD-10/ICD-9) CPT coding and medical documentation requirements.
• Develop and monitor program budgets resource allocation and operational efficiencies to sustain high-quality services.
• Foster strong relationships with families caregivers community partners and healthcare providers to coordinate case management and home & community care initiatives.
• Lead quality assurance efforts through data collection research initiatives clinical documentation audits and continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
