What Youll Lead
- Provide visionary leadership that strengthens organizational stability and supports sustainable growth.
- Steward financial resources and fundraising efforts to ensure long-term organizational success.
- Build and strengthen relationships with government agencies foundations corporations donors and community stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture where employees are empowered to thrive.
- Advance innovative solutions that address homelessness housing instability and related community needs.
- Partner effectively with the Board of Directors in governance strategy and organizational advancement.
- Serve as a visible ambassador and advocate for CAN throughout the community.
- Lead with transparency accountability collaboration and integrity.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated history of leading complex organizations or programs
- Experience with financial management budgeting and resource development
- Success building relationships with boards funders partners and community stakeholders
- Strong people leadership and employee engagement skills
- Strategic planning and organizational development expertise
- Commitment to diversity equity inclusion and belonging
- Passion for addressing social and economic challenges facing vulnerable populations

Compensation: $145000.00 - $155000.00 per year

Were just completing a community needs assessment and strategic plan and were opening our new Client Choice Pantry and renovated offices.
