Executive Director Assistant
Job Summary
Lawrence Hall is seeking a highly organized professional and proactive Executive Director Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director. This Full-Time Fully Remote position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day executive operations and supporting organizational leadership.
The Executive Director Assistant will manage communications scheduling documentation and special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented resourceful and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Required Skills:
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. 2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
Required Education:
Educational Qualification High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Management or a related field preferred. Additional training in office administration or executive support is a plus. Certifications in administrative support project coordination or business operations are advantageous but not required.
