WhatYoullDo

As Executive Creative DirectorVisualContentyoullhelp develop and executeproprietaryphotography and videoacross the enterprise.

Youllpartner cross-functionally toestablishthe visual standards that guide how we present ourselves across wealth management commercial and small business banking consumer banking and our digital platforms. This includes definingvideo photography and illustrationprinciplescontentdirectionand standardsthat balance regulatory requirements with compelling human-centered design.

Equally importantyoullguide aproducer and collaborate with the larger creative teamin creating campaigns that move beyond transactional visuals to build lasting emotional connections with our clientsin a way thatreflects our commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leadershipbusinesssegment leads and affiliate marketing teams to translate businessobjectivesinto compellingvisual strategiesconceptsandexecution

  • Lead thecreative development andvisual contentdirectionof integrated campaigns across digital print experiential and emerging channels

  • Establish andmaintainvisual identity systemsthat work across diverse audiencesfrom mass market clients to high-net-worth segments

  • Source and hire freelance photo/video teams illustrators. Source existing visual assetsfrom creators. Curate stock photography.

  • Direct the creative development process frominitialbrief through final execution ensuring work meets bothdesign excellence and regulatory compliance standards

  • Mentor and develop creative talent fostering a culture of curiosity craftsmanship and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with legal compliance and risk teams to push creative boundaries whilemaintainingappropriate guardrails

  • Managefreelancercontracting budgetsproduction schedulesand an image libraryof photography video and illustration

  • Compellingly present creative work to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Stay attuned todesign trends visual storytelling innovation and evolving client expectationsin financial services

  • Roll up your sleeves and contribute to both day-to-day creative needs and large-scale campaignsin this hands-on role

What You Bring

  • Ten or more years of progressive creative leadership experience withsignificant timespent developingvisual identity systems and brand design frameworks

  • Deep portfoliodemonstratingexcellence invisual storytelling ideally within financial services fintech pharmajournalismor other trust-driven industries

  • Proven ability to balance creativity with the constraints of regulated industries

  • Exceptionalvisualsensibility across formats and channels from digital experiences to large-scale campaigns

  • Strategic thinking that connects business goals tovisual expression and customer experience

  • Experience leading and developing creative teams witha track recordof attracting andretainingtop talent

  • Extensive knowledgeofand network within the photography and video industry

  • Expertiseand experience with contracting processes and intellectual property law

  • Acumen in managing image libraries

  • Experience in production methods supervisingretouchingand color correction

  • Comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite executives and board members

  • Understanding of howvisual identity intersects with customer experience product design and business strategy

  • Proactive problem solving and collaboration skillsthatsucceedin matrixed organizations and cross-functional partnerships

Benefits& Compensation

  • Salary Range:This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $165000 - $225000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
