About the Opportunity
Were looking for an execution-oriented Executive Communications Manager to support communications strategy for the Product Leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling strategy and operations. Youll help bring Product leaders voices to life across external channels thought leadership platforms industry events and internal forums while helping amplify the companys position at the forefront of technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Product leadership supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives
• Develop polished messaging talking points and written communications that reflect each leaders voice priorities and strategic positioning
• Support keynote and speaking preparation from content development to messaging rehearsal to enhance executive presence at industry events customer summits and other external forums
• Identify and prioritize external speaking opportunities and visibility moments that advance Product leaders profiles
• Partner with social PR and other marketing teams to coordinate content calendars and campaign moments tied to Product leadership priorities
• Partner closely with Marketing PR and Product teams to align executive messaging with broader campaigns and moments
• Collaborate with the broader Executive Communications team to ensure Product leadership narratives connect to Snowflakes company-wide leadership story
• Work with the broader Executive Communications team to drive operational excellence including managing shared documentation maintaining team templates and supporting reporting workflows

• 5 years of experience in executive communications corporate communications content strategy or a related field ideally in an enterprise technology or high-growth environment
• Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications thought leadership or executive visibility programs
• Exceptional writer with strong editorial instincts and the ability to write in someone elses voice
• Operationally minded: you build systems maintain workflows and dont let things fall through the cracks
• Collaborative by nature with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with B2B technology and product strategy is a strong plus
