Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

• Manage and mentor kitchen staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain inventory order supplies and manage food costs to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with business goals and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a reputable hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques kitchen management and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
