Executive Chef

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations at the hotel including representing and overseeing Soprana Rooftop Cucina a Michelin-recommended restaurant known for its elevated dining experience and exceptional cuisine. This role will oversee kitchen operations across the hotels dining outlets while helping deliver memorable culinary experiences for both hotel guests and local patrons.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation across all dining outlets including Soprana Rooftop Cucina.
• Develop and update menus that reflect culinary excellence seasonal trends and the unique identity of the restaurant and hotel.
• Maintain food cost controls and manage inventory.
• Lead mentor and develop kitchen staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety sanitation and health regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution.
• Uphold and elevate the culinary reputation of a Michelin-recommended dining destination.

What Youll Need:

• 5 years of culinary management experience in an upscale and high-volume dining environment.
• Proven expertise in menu development and kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation.
