Provide advanced administrative support to leadership while supporting the overall needs of the broader complex calendars including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts for both in-person and virtual domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries accommodations and expense as a liaison between executives and internal/external highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion. nnProvide administrative support to the broader team including assisting with scheduling Exec meetings coordinating conference rooms coordinating shipping and receiving catering needs for high profile external guests escorting meeting guests in and out of secured present on in-office days to provide hands-on front-line support to executive leaders and the broader team responding proactively to urgent and evolving with hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new team members including equipment coordination workspace setup and ensuring appropriate system and facility team distribution lists and seating assignments and support Facilities needs including maintenance requests conference rooms badge access printers confidential bins and supply and help execute international team visits off-sites and team-building events managing logistics and ensuring smooth follow-through from start to and manage action items deadlines and follow-ups on behalf of cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across compliance with financial budgets and company policies including expense reporting P-Card reconciliation invoice processing and vendor coordination.n
7-10 years of relevant experience supporting executivesnExcellent organization skills with an acute attention to detailnSuperior verbal and written communications skillsnAble to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environmentnProven problem-solving abilities while being able to anticipate change and act efficientlynConfident able to communicate effectively with senior team members and their assistants across Apple
