Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the System CMO and System CNE including complex calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Anticipate executive needs by proactively preparing materials briefing documents andfollow ups.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders prioritizing and routing requests appropriately.
Communication & Coordination
Draft edit and formathigh qualitycorrespondence presentations reports and meeting materials on behalf of executives.
Coordinateexecutive levelmeetings including agendaspre-reads minutes andtracking ofaction items and decisions.
Facilitate communication across clinical operational and administrative leaders to support alignment andtimelyexecution.
Operational & Strategic Support
Track initiatives deadlines and deliverables forsystem levelpriorities; follow up to ensure completion.
Support preparation forQPC/board executive leadership and system meetings.
Assistwith project coordination related to clinical quality safety and strategic initiatives.
Information & Data Management
Maintain confidential files records and documentation with the highest level of discretion.
Organize and manage digital content using enterprise tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams SharePoint Outlook).
Support light data tracking and reporting as needed (e.g. dashboards logs status summaries).
Relationship & Culture Stewardship

Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associates or Bachelors Preferred
Experience
5 Years experience in support of a department or supervisor or projects Required
Healthcare of Large Matrixed Organization experience Strongly Preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting C-Suite or seniorphysician/nursing leadersa Plus
Project Management Experience and Process Improvement Experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Certification a Plus
Project Management Certifications a Plus
PACE and CAP or Other Certifications a Plus
