7EDU Impact Academy is a fast-growing ed-tech company focused on K12 students combining academic support college admissions strategy and innovative learning addition to 7EDU the CEO also leads related initiatives in partnership with other organizations creating a dynamic multi-entity education platform.
We are looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO across these organizations. This is a high-execution role not a passive administrative position. It is best suited for someone early in their career who is organized reliable and able to follow through consistently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar scheduling and daily priorities
- Track tasks deadlines and follow-ups across multiple teams
- Take meeting notes and ensure action items are completed
- Support internal communication and coordination between teams
- Organize documents reports and operational workflows
- Draft emails summaries and internal updates (reviewed by leadership)
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day execution needs

Compensation: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
